Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we ship all over the India. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. In case your order consists of personalized products, your order will be shipped within 7-8 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). In case your order consists of non-personalized products, your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). The tracking details will be emailed once the order has been shipped. Post shipping, delivery can take anywhere between 3-8 working days.

In case of your order is marked delivered but not delivered, please raise the concern on support@jensquare.com within 72 hours of the order being marked delivered.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs.1000, for orders below Rs.1000, the applicable charges are Rs 90.


Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Replacement or refund is valid only in case a product was damaged in transit or wrong product received. Just email us directly at support@jensquare.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with the image of the damaged product and we’ll take you through the process.

What is the Return Policy?

We, at the Jensquare, ensure the highest level of quality and care in terms of packaging and try to avoid damage in transit as much as possible. However, if you do face any issue with the quality of the product, we have an easy-going return and exchange policy:

In the case of returns or exchanges, please ensure that all the barcodes, labels, tags of the product are intact.

Initiate the return request by simply emailing us on support@jensquare.com within 48 hours of receiving the products. Once the request is reviewed the products will be picked up within 2-5 business days.

The return request can be fulfilled in the form of replacement, refund or store credit. The preferred method needs to be mentioned in the email.

Once the products reach us, we perform a quality check to inspect that it is unused, in its original packaging and the seals, tags or barcodes are not tampered with.

Please note: Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are damaged.

What are the refund options available to me?

Once the product is received by us, refund / exchange will be initiated within 2- 5 business days post the quality check. 


For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated via the original payment method or alternatively store credit can be processed, as per your preference. 

For COD orders, personal bank information needs to be provided for transfer of the refund or alternatively store credit can be processed, as per your preference.


Please note: The refunded amount will be exclusive of the original shipping charges while placing the order.


Are there extra cancellation charges levied?

There are no cancellation charges levied by us.

How do I cancel my order?

Personalized orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In case of a COD order, the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@jensquare.com. An order post-dispatch cannot be cancelled.

In case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to you within 2-8 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
